Brad Schwartzman, Broker and Owner of Vue Real Estate, Inc., provides over a decade of client centric service, core market knowledge, negotiation tactics and over $40,000,000 in real estate closed. Prior to Brad founding Vue Real Estate, Inc., he worked with several high-end luxury brands and commercial transactions. His extensive track-record provides clients with critical knowledge of the South Florida market, cutting-edge advertising tactics and negotiation strategies that close.

Over the past decade, his proactive and fresh approach to selling, buying, leasing and managing real estate has provided Brad the opportunity to work with a variety of clients from, Professional Athletes, Corporate Executives, Politicians, High-Net Individuals to Fortune 100 Companies.

He was raised outside of New Haven, Connecticut and began his carrier in advertising and branding in the early 2000’s working with some of the largest advertising agencies and brands globally. In late 2004, Brad relocated to Boca Raton, Fla. where he still resides today with his and son.

Brad has the practical experience working in both corporate and consumer environments— from companies such as Dell Computers, Ogilvy & Mather, and the Target Corporation to serving as the former National Marketing Director of National Real Estate Auction Corporation.

With over 15 years of combined experience in the real estate and corporate marketing industries, Brad has marketed over 500 properties, launched nationally recognized campaigns, negotiated multi-million dollar transactions, as well as researched and analyzed demographic and social economic conditions throughout the nation. His marketing team of social media experts, photographers, graphic designers and media buyers work with clients to develop homes into brands that effectively reach target home buyers worldwide.
